Business Manager, Senior Executives and Executives in Marketing & Sales

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, Experienced Sales and Marketing candidates for the position of Business Managers, Senior Executives and Executives to join our team.  Candidates with experience in Healthcare Industry will be preferred.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the promotion, marketing, and sales of range of medical equipment such as Radiology, Dental, Critical care and Sterilization Range of Equipment for Universities and health facilities. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Our target markets comprises of local Government, Private sectors and International Markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the biomedical products to potential clients.
Marketing Strategy
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the biomedical products.
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the biomedical products and their features/functions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and other competitive products.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product manufacturer development team based on customer inputs.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments, including product manufacturer development and technical services, to ensure a seamless and upscale customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy and productivity.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with biomedical devices such as autoclaves, dental chairs, etc. is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Air Cond Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Air conditioning, maintenance and renovation
  • With experience in air-conditioning installation/service & maintenance of electrical work
  • Hard working willing to work extra hours and responsible
  • Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds
  • To perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of air conditioning and other facility equipments
  • Perform general maintenance work
  • Willing to travel as and required

The above job responsibilities shall be changed or modified accordingly as we progress.

  • Experience: 3 years and above

Junior Biomedical Technician

Job Scope

    • Preventive maintenance
      • Carry out scheduled / assigned PPM work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted quality guidelines.
      • Carry out PPM with approved calibrated test equipment.
      • Use correct check list to perform PPM as indicated with appropriate task.
      • Where vendors are involved in the services witness the service and also signed of the reports.

      Inspection:

      • Carry out scheduled / assigned inspection work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted guidelines.
      • Use correct check list to perform inspection.

      Corrective maintenance which includes breakdown maintenance and emergency maintenance.

      • Attend assigned break down calls within the response time as per the contract.
      • Ensure that service reports are properly filled with customer approval.

      Acceptance safety maintenance testes:

      • Carry out assigned acceptance test according to the guidelines from the clinics and company management and ensure that proper documentation is prepared and maintained
      • Ensure that assigned acceptance safety maintenance test is properly documented.

      Competency Model:

      • Ability to work under pressure in tight deadline
      • Willing to spend long hours to complete assigned job

Senior Biomedical Technician

Bio medical Equipment Specialist (Dental/Laboratory/Radiology)

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

Applicants must be specialized in servicing Laboratory (chemistry analysers & Cell counters) or Radiology (Conventional and High Frequency X-ray machine & Ultrasound scanners) or CSSD (autoclaves) or Dental equipment.

Engineering Responsibilities:-

 

Preventive maintenance

  • Carry out scheduled / assigned PPM work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted quality guidelines.
  • Carry out PPM with approved calibrated test equipment.
  • Use correct check list to perform PPM as indicated with appropriate task.
  • Where vendors are involved in the services witness the service and also signed of the reports.
  • Carry out all necessary documentation and ensure the same is completed, filed, handled properly and communicated to higher authority.

Inspection:

  • Carry out scheduled / assigned inspection work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted guidelines.
  • Use correct check list to perform inspection.

Corrective maintenance which includes breakdown maintenance and emergency maintenance.

  • Attend all assigned break down calls within the response time as per the contract.
  • Ensure that the ageing list of pending breakdown calls are accurately reported and action taken to reduce the pending into minimum possible.
  • Ensure that service reports are properly filled with customer approval.

 

Acceptance safety maintenance testes:

  • Carry out assigned acceptance test according to the guidelines from the clinics and company management and ensure that proper documentation is prepared and maintained
  • Ensure that all statutory regulations pertaining to the product if applicable are observed by all the authorities involved.

 

User Training:

  • Conduct user training in the clinics
  • Ensure all user training is properly documented.

Competency Model:

  • Ability to work under pressure in tight deadline
  • Willing to spend long hours to complete assigned job
Requirements:

  • Diploma in Biomedical engineering or Electronics with minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience, or degree in Engineering with 5 to 6 years of servicing medical equipment experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Oscasionally travel to state office and customer premisses ( clinic).

Autoclave – Specialist

Responsibilities.

  • Preparing and Maintaining Master Preventive Maintenance & Statutory Certification Schedule for the Autoclaves .
  • Responsible for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) target set by the customers on Schedule Maintenance related to autoclaves.
  • Monitoring and completing the Statutory Certification (JKKP) as per schedule
  • Performing JKKP Pre- Inspection Check before the JKKP Inspection.
  • JKKP Payment Tracking for all the Autoclaves supplied under New Biomedical Equipment.
  • Responsible for all the statutory related Compliance.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and controlling the Breakdown Maintenance work order Ageing.
  • Responsible for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) target set by the customers on Breakdown Maintenance related to autoclaves.
  • Daily Monitoring of the Breakdown work order and taking necessary action to complete the Work order within KPI time.
  • Performing Breakdown Maintenance as and when required.
  • Analysing the frequent failure spare parts and taking necessary steps to keep those spare parts in the stock.
  • Responsible for the Standby autoclave movement and condition of the equipment.
  • Analysing the root cause for the frequent failure/repeated breakdown of autoclave and taking necessary action to rectify the problem.
  • Providing technical training to Technical staffs on the Autoclaves.
  • Extending technical support to other states as and when required.
  • Responsible to keep the autoclave maintenance related documents in a proper manner.
  • Supporting the material management department on sourcing the spare parts related to autoclaves as and when required.
  • Technical advisory services related to autoclaves such as BER recommendation, identifying Compatibility for the spare parts ..etc..
  • All other responsibilities assigned to him by his superior on day to day.
Requirements:

  • Diploma in Biomedical engineering or Electronics with minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience, or degree in Engineering with 5 to 6 years of servicing medical equipment experience.

Refrigeration / Freezer – Specialist

Responsibilities.

  • Preparing and Maintaining Master Preventive Maintenance Schedule for the Freezers / Refrigerators.
  • Responsible for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) target set by the customers on Schedule Maintenance related to freezers/ Refrigerators.
  • Responsible for all the statutory related Compliance.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and controlling the Breakdown Maintenance work order Ageing.
  • Responsible for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) target set by the customers on Breakdown Maintenance related to Freezers/Refrigerators
  • Daily Monitoring of the Breakdown work order and taking necessary action to complete the Work order within KPI time.
  • Performing Breakdown Maintenance as and when required.
  • Analysing the frequent failure spare parts and taking necessary steps to keep those spare parts in the stock.
  • Analysing the root cause for the frequent failure/repeated breakdown of Freezers / Refrigerators and taking necessary action to rectify the problem.
  • Providing technical training to Technical staffs on the freezers /refrigeratos.
  • User training to users on the daily and weekly maintenance of the refrigerators / freezers.
  • Monitoring the Temperature recorder attached with the refrigerators and taking necessary action as and when needed
  • Supporting the material management department on sourcing the spare parts related to Refrigerators/Freezers as and when required.
  • Technical advisory services related to Refrigerators /Freezers such as BER recommendation, identifying Compatibility for the spare parts ..etc..
  • Extending technical support to other states as and when required.
  • Responsible to keep the Refrigerator/Freezer Maintenance related documents in a proper manner.
  • All other responsibilities assigned to him by his superior on day to day.
